End School Year

College Graduation?

Hi :) I am attending my cousin's college graduation in about a month. I was wondering, what is the proper attire to wear? A dress? If so how fancy? A nice skirt and shirt? Any reccomendations would be great, thanks! :) P.S. The graduation is outside, if that helps! Oh, and I am 14 :) I live in Florida, thanks!
